About me

Throughout my life, from an early age, my heart has been captivated by the power of human connection and the stories that each individual carries. It was only natural, given this deep-rooted fascination, that I leaned towards a career in Human Resources. In this field, I have been fortunate enough to work closely with diverse individuals, gaining invaluable insights and experiences along the way. However, as I progressed in my professional journey and assumed more senior roles, my path intersected with coaching, which ignited a genuine passion within me. It became clear that coaching had the potential to create an environment of profound nurturing, capable of fostering the professional growth of others.

While it is true that as a Human Resources professional, I engage in a form of coaching on a daily basis, I have chosen to adopt a more structured approach to it. I embarked on this path by obtaining INSEAD’s Coaching Certificate, eight months of hard work, deep reflection, and countless learnings alongside an inspiring group of peers and mentors.

One of my primary drivers in becoming a coach is to support professionals explore their career journeys, as I am acutely aware that significant untapped potential remains dormant, awaiting the right coaching support to awaken its underlying power.

As a coach, my aim is to create a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore their potential, foster their personal and professional growth, and achieve their desired outcomes. I firmly believe in the power of empathy, empowerment and agency, as well as trust as the cornerstones of my coaching philosophy.
